I want to thank everyone for letting me reschedule your doggie appts. so I could go on grandma duty in North Carolina. Baby Nash decided to introduce himself a couple of weeks early this month. I just returned tonight and had wonderful grandma time with Axel, age 2 and our newest grandson Nash. Everyone is healthy and adjusting well to a new baby in the house. Anyway, it’s back to Doggie Doos tomorrow to start to get caught up and spoil all your doggies! Thanks again, I love you all.

Wow, I’m seeing doggies in my dreams! I want to say thanks for all your calls and sharing your pups with me. Because I am booked out for 4 weeks, I am no longer taking new customers and their doggies. I want to be able to be available for my loyal customers and give their doggies the best care, love, and a good haircut too. Also, I’d like to thank all of you for thinking of me during my recent loss. I appreciate you working with me to reschedule appts. and giving me time to grieve and take care of some matters. Thanks again. I so value your friendships.

I want to give your doggie the best time at Doggie Doos, so I am asking all of you to please not come early to your doggie’s appointment. Please don’t enter the shop more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appt. The dogs get sooooooo excited when someone comes in and I can’t finish the groom. Please give your doggie a chance to go to the bathroom before entering the shop. Last, please come to pick up your doggie when called ASAP, as all the dogs like to have my attention one-on-one during their appt. time. Thanks for helping me stay on my schedule so that all your doggies have a great time while at Doggie Doos.

We are open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We stay open late on Tues. and Weds. Saturdays are available throughout each month. We love doggies!

It’s that time again! This year at Doggie Doos, we have a new special treat for your furry friend during the month of December. Cheryl McIntyre, owner of Pawsitively Scrumptious all natural dog treats will be providing our December take home treats. She is also setting up a display with some of her treats and cakes for purchase. You might want to pick some up for your family’s puppies as Christmas gifts or stocking stuffers. My dog Ben had one of her carrot cake birthday cakes last year on his birthday and loved every bite. Also, Doggie Doos will have their annual free groom sign up, so stop in and sign up whenever you get a free moment. Holidays are Approaching Fast! October 4, 2012
Most that know me know that I don’t plan way ahead most of the time. But, we’ve been very busy the past few months, and we want everyone to be able to have their doggie look spiffy for the holidays. So we’ve been booking our customers through the end of the year. If you want to have your doggie groomed for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas, please call soon and grab an appointment time or two, before they’re all gone! So excited and grateful to be so busy. This is the BEST job ever.
Wow Summer’s Almost Gone August 30, 2012
While I’m not happy it’s the end of August, I am enjoying these dog days of August and September. When I was teaching, I always felt like I kind of lost out on these 2 months. I’m loving picking veggies from my garden and trying new recipes. I always thought these were the prettiest days of the year. Now for the best news, my grandson is moving cross country and will be settling much closer to Ohio. They will be arriving here Sept. 9 so the shop will be closed from the 9th through the 14th. Can’t wait to see the kids and have some mom and grandma time with them.

It’s a hot and beautiful day out today and I’m enjoying the sunshine and heat. Swimming in the pool with my doggie Ben and eating pizza bread and lemon slushies!
