Wow Summer’s Almost Gone August 30, 2012

While I’m not happy it’s the end of August, I am enjoying these dog days of August and September.  When I was teaching, I always felt like I kind of lost out on these 2 months.  I’m loving picking veggies from my garden and trying new recipes.  I always thought these were the prettiest days of the year.  Now for the best news, my grandson is moving cross country and will be settling much closer to Ohio.  They will be arriving here Sept. 9 so the shop will be closed from the 9th through the 14th.  Can’t wait to see the kids and have some mom and grandma time with them.
